1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in an order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is advisable to check out in separate transactions.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the order date, including the order date. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the order date. If you choose a date that exceeds 14 days from the order date, the system will use the record within 14 days from the order date.
4. If there are changes due to service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
