About the Ice Skating Paradise:

Size of the rink: 61 meters x 30 meters, can accommodate up to 400 skaters

Seating capacity: Can accommodate 800 spectators, international competition standards

Professional equipment available: Ice hockey boards, safety mats, ice resurfacing vehicles, etc., fully equipped

International certifications: Recognized by ISU, ASU, and other international skating authorities

Safety zones: Thoughtfully divided into beginner, teaching, and figure skating practice areas for safe and comfortable skating

Whether it's family outings, gatherings with friends, or ice skating enthusiasts wanting to challenge advanced techniques, this is the most professional and comfortable place for ice activities!

 

This combo ticket package includes:

1. One full admission ticket to the Taipei 101 Observatory

2. One entry ticket to Taipei Arena Ice Skating Paradise (2 hours)

3. Rental of ice skates + protective gear (helmet/knee pads/wrist guards/elbow pads) + gloves

Important Information for the Ice Skating Paradise:

1. Valid during operating hours on the day of use, available on both weekdays and holidays.

2. If ice resurfacing is required, the use time will be automatically extended.

Ice resurfacing times:

- Monday to Friday: 14:00~14:20, 18:00~18:20

- Saturday, Sunday, other national holidays, and during school vacations: 12:00~12:20, 14:00~14:20, 16:00~16:20, 18:00~18:20

3. Additional fees will be charged for overtime skating.

4. Ice skating tickets are for visitors aged 12 and above.

After completing your order, a "Order Successful Notification" email will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process. The email will include a QR code for participating in the event. For Taipei 101 Observatory tickets, please proceed to the ticket counter on the 5th floor of Taipei 101 Observatory to redeem your entry. For the Taipei Arena Ice Land Value Package, please go to the Ice Land ticket counter on the 2nd floor of Taipei Arena and present the QR Code to redeem your entry. When entering, show the QR code and the service staff will verify it for you.

1. Target Users: This package includes one full ticket to the observation deck (access to 89F only, not including 101F) and one super value set for Taipei Arena Ice Land (including a 2-hour ice skating ticket, themed gloves, ice skate rental, and a full set of protective gear for one use).
2. Entry Time: Please enter according to the scheduled time slot of your booking.
3. Entry Location for Taipei 101 Observation Deck: Taipei 101 Building, 5th Floor, Ticket Counter. Enter after ticket validation.
4. Taipei Arena Ice Land: Please present the QR Code at the Taipei Arena Ice Land ticket counter on 2F, and enter after validation.
6. The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you need to change the booking date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. For more details, refer to the shopping guidelines about order modifications.
7. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds can be processed if cancellation is made at least seven days before the event date (including the day of the event); no refunds will be processed if the cancellation is made less than seven days from the event date; once the ticket package is redeemed by the consumer, it cannot be refunded.
8. This ticket package is valid only for the scheduled date and session; it will be void after the date has passed, no refunds will be given, and it cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
