About the Ice Park:

Venue size: 61m × 30m, accommodates up to 400 skaters

Seating capacity: 800 spectators, built to international competition standards

Professional facilities: hockey boards, crash pads, ice resurfacer, and more

International certification: recognized by ISU, ASU, and other skating authorities

Safety zones: designated beginner, training, and freestyle practice areas for a secure and comfortable experience

This ticket package includes:

1.One full admission ticket to Taipei 101 Observatory

 

2.One 2-hour admission ticket to Taipei Arena Ice Park

 

3.Rental of ice skates + protective gear (helmet/knee pads/wrist guards/elbow pads) + gloves

 

Taipei Arena Ice Park Address: 2nd Floor, No. 2, Section 4, Nanjing East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City

Ice Park Notes:

1. Valid for use during operating hours on the selected date; applicable on both weekdays and weekends.

2. In case of ice resurfacing, skating time will be automatically extended accordingly.

Ice Resurfacing Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 14:00–14:20, 18:00–18:20

- Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and summer/winter vacations: 12:00–12:20, 14:00–14:20, 16:00–16:20, 18:00–18:20

3. Overtime skating will incur additional charges.

4. Skating tickets are valid for visitors aged 12 and above.

After completing your purchase, a "Purchase Confirmation Email" containing a QR code for event redemption will be sent to the email address provided during the order. For Taipei 101 Observatory tickets, please redeem and enter at the Taipei 101 Observatory ticket counter on the 5th floor. For the Taipei Arena Ice Park Value Package, please present the QR code at the ticket counter of the Ice Park on the 2nd floor of Taipei Arena for redemption and entry. Staff will verify your QR code upon entry.

 

  1. Eligibility: This package includes one full-price Taipei 101 Observatory ticket (access limited to the 89th floor, excluding the 101st floor) and one Taipei Arena Ice Park Value Package (including a 2-hour skating ticket, themed gloves, ice skate rental, and a full set of protective gear for one time use).

  2. Admission Time: Please enter according to the reserved date and time slot.

  3. Taipei 101 Observatory Entry Location: Redeem your ticket at the Taipei 101 Observatory ticket counter on the 5th floor before entry.

  4. Taipei Arena Ice Park: Please present the QR code at the Ice Park ticket counter on the 2nd floor of Taipei Arena for redemption and entry.

  5. The system does not support order modifications. To change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and place a new order. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the Terms of Purchase.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available up to seven days prior to the event date (including the event day). Refunds are not accepted within seven days of the event. Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, refunds will not be processed.

  7. This package is valid only for the reserved date and session. Expired tickets will be voided without refund and cannot be combined with other promotions.
