Before and after the Grain Rain and Dragon Boat Festival, during the hottest and most humid days, we carefully pick the first two leaves and a bud that have been kissed by the floating dust mites. After withering and carefully kneading, the tea leaves display a brilliant array of five colors (white, green, yellow, brown, and red), creating a vibrant and colorful display. This tea is famous in the production areas of Beipu, Hsinchu and Emei.

【Brewing Method】

* Brewing with a teapot
Amount of tea: about half of the teapot
Water temperature: 85 degrees Celsius
Time: (warm the pot, do not soak the tea)
First brew for 40 seconds, second brew for 20 seconds, third brew for 40 seconds, fourth brew for 1 minute, fifth brew for 1 minute 30 seconds

* Brewing in a drinking cup
Amount of tea leaves: cup capacity x 0.015
Water temperature: 85 degrees Celsius
Time: 8-10 minutes
