1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so that you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pick-up date on the ordering page with a date within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record a date within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. If there are any changes due to service/events or product conditions, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
