1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase. This will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is advisable to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please fill in the expected pickup date on the order page as within 14 days from the purchase date. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. In the event of service/activity changes or product updates, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
