After completing your order, a "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process. This email will include a QR code, which is used for redeeming your visit. Please arrive at the designated reservation time, and proceed directly to the Sky Deck entrance on the 5th floor. You do not need to exchange for a ticket; simply show the QR code for scanning and entry, where our staff will assist you.

The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you wish to change or cancel the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook (partial refunds are not accepted). Please read the order modification instructions in the shopping policy for details.
