Please present your identification, verification code, and order number at the Taipei 101 5F Observatory entrance/Taipei Grand Hotel lobby East Wing Secret Path guided tour counter at the appointed time, and our staff will assist you with the confirmation.

The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change/cancel the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and place a new one (partial refunds are not accepted). Once any ticket in this package is used, it cannot be refunded. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
