After placing an order, a "purchase successful notification" will be sent to the email address provided during the order process, containing the QR code for participating in the viewing service. Please present your identification and the QR code at the scheduled time at the "Dream Fragrance Garden" on the 4th floor of the Taipei 101 Shopping Center's Metro Plaza. 1. The preservation period of the flowers may be affected by factors such as the environment, climate, and temperature. Please pick up your order on the day of purchase at the "Dreamy Fragrance Garden" on the 4th floor of the Metropolitan Plaza in Taipei 101 Shopping Center. Pickup times are 12:00-16:00 and 17:00-21:00. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the pickup date.

2. This product is for self-pickup. If you require home delivery for a large order, please leave a note in the comments.

3. The system does not have the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the shopping instructions for details on modifying orders.

4. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is advisable to check out separately.
