Instructions

After completing the order, a "Payment Successful Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. It will contain the QR code for redeeming the purchased item. Please visit the adidas store at B1 of Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date), and present the recipient's ID and the QR code. Our staff will assist you with the redemption process.

Suggestion

The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines for details.
To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so that you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
For the scheduled pickup date on the order page, please enter a date within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will still record it as within 14 days from the purchase date.
