Random Bird Place has been rooted in Taipei for over 30 years, not only consolidating the brand of "Italian" cuisine, but also investing more resources and manpower to extend diverse dishes. The most representative dishes of high-quality and reasonably priced Italian cuisine include handmade pasta and oven-baked Italian Pizza. Surrounded by the Taipei 101 International Boutique District, the interior decoration style does not follow a grand and luxurious style, but instead abandons the trendy and elitist atmosphere. It imitates the courtyard-style exterior and the rich walnut color of the interior from the flagship store in Tianmu, creating a warm family-friendly atmosphere.
The overall design has long surpassed the imagination of the general restaurant. Just like the design of the signage, it was handled by the internationally renowned Taiwanese designer Nie Yongzhen (who has won the Best Album Packaging Design at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards multiple times). Even a simple text art cannot be neglected, showing Random Bird Place's attention to every detail. In addition, DA ANTONIO has many design highlights: two million-dollar Italian bronze sculptures outside are matched with imported Italian cave stones, giving people the intuitive feeling of being in Milan.
A four-meter-high wine wall offers a variety of wines, echoing the principle of Random Bird Place, "Bring your own wine with friends." After entering, dozens of designer light fixtures are very impressive, each one unique.
DA ANTONIO has also invested millions in importing the Spanish national treasure-level JOSPER oven. Its feature lies in direct fire grilling, with direct high temperatures reaching 400 degrees. During the charcoal grilling process, the smoke generated by the charcoal fire will continuously envelop the ingredients in the oven, making the grilled beef crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and allowing the ingredients to exhibit their charming and enticing aroma with rich layers, showcasing the charm of the cuisine.
